Payment Policy
Trailer will only ship when payment has been collected in full. Payment must be made by check, wire, or ACH. Depending on the method of payment, it can push or accelerate the delivery of the trailer.
Deposit Policy

All orders are required a $500 deposit - No order will be started without a deposit.

An order cannot be changed after 7 days of placed.

$500 deposit is non-refundable after 7 days of placing the order. As in the case of order cancelation, this deposit must be surrendered by Drop Deck Direct to the manufacturer to cover expenses and re-stocking.
Changing Order:
Orders can be changed if we are notified via email within seven days of the order being placed. A confirmation will be emailed back to you acknowledging acceptance of the change request.
