Patented Torsion Slide Suspension
5-Year Warranty
An independent torsion slide suspension using a UHMW polymer. This polymer replaces old-style trailer systems with bushings and bearings that are expensive to maintain.
UHMW has 15 times the abrasion of carbon steel. It is also incredibly resistant to corrosion. This is a patented system used solely for HGL trailers. We are so confident in this system we will give you a warranty for 5 years.
Aerodynamic Enclosure
Engineers designed a rounded V-nose front to reduce wind resistance. This ensures a smooth towing experience and increases fuel mileage.
The V-nose will also have a stone guard to keep your trailer looking good.
Structural Frame & Finished Plywood
Our enclosure frame is manufactured from structural tubing. This adds additional strength and stability compared to standard roll-formed tubing.
The enclosed drop deck trailer has an interior plywood lining, perfect for adding shelves or racks to organize materials. Plywood also adds an extra layer of protection.
Commercial Door - With Cam Lock
Our commercial doors are precision cut with a laser for a clean look.
The door will have a 96" vertical clearance and a cam lock latching system.
